Process Engineering

Flottweg’s process engineering department provides support for our worldwide sales and service organization in all aspects of centrifuge and belt press applications.

The Flottweg process engineering department includes a laboratory, process test center, and mobile test machines for onsite testing.

Factory trained and experienced personnel carry out all tests.

Our in-house process database includes over 10,000 test reports.
Laboratory:

Product samples are analyzed in our laboratory for suitability for separation in either centrifuges or belt presses. Flocculants, demulsifiers, and other chemical additives are tested and optimized.



In-house Testing:

Several pilot units are available including decanter centrifuges, Tricanters, Sedicanters, Sorticanters, separators and belt presses.


Process Center:

Our process center can provide a scaled production facility, including those for food processing and beverage production.


Mobile Test Machines:

Flottweg offers mobile test units for onsite demonstration at the customer’s facility.
