Quality Assurance

It is Flottweg's aim to develop, manufacture, and supply only products to our customers that entirely fulfill the requirements of the market. We feel obliged to utilise only state-of-the-art technology in order to guarantee a high quality standard for our products.

In 1994 the Flottweg management initiated a quality management system and provided it with the necessary ressources. Since then it has undergone continous adaptations to a process-based system.

The effectiveness of the quality management system is measured continuously. It covers all  steps from the product planning to the customer satisfaction and provokes a process of continous improvement.

Key and supporting processes of the Flottweg quality management system are documented in the quality handbook. Relevant procedures describing the company structure as well as the responsibility and competence of the individual organizational units are also documented there.

Despite all precautions it is the task and obligation of each employee to observe our quality standards being completely responsible for the quality of the jobs carried out by him.

Maintaining and improving our level of quality is an important requirement of Flottweg's daily operation.
