New training rooms for decanters, Tricanters® and separators – greater flexibility for customers and employees

The Flottweg Academy offers machine training for internal employees and service personnel as well as for customers directly at its production site in Vilsbiburg. The practical training courses enable all those who work with Flottweg separation technology to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to do so with confidence. 

Flottweg is delighted to present the two new, state-of-the-art Academy training rooms in Plant II. They have been specially designed for training courses on decanters, Tricanters® and separators.

What makes the new training rooms special?

• Capacity: Up to 6 participants per training course
• Open training concept: Flexible scheduling and bookings enable significantly more training courses throughout the year – for customers and internal teams.
• Cutting-edge technology: 
  • Four training machines: X4E, Z3E, FDS2000 and AC1500a
  • Innovative simulation tool for practical insights into machine control and simple operation
• Practice and theory combined: Direct hands-on work on the machines combined with professional presentation technology
• International and domestic: Training courses for customers from all over the world as well as internal training for our employees

"One of the highlights is that we can effectively combine theory and practice in our new rooms," states Patrick Golobic of the Academy team. Participants can not only learn theoretical basics, but also gain practical experience directly on the machines. Thanks to state-of-the-art equipment, practice-oriented training can now be conducted under optimum conditions. "With cutting-edge technology, such as our latest simulation tool, we can demonstrate in a very practical and process-oriented way how best to work with our machines on a daily basis," Golobic continues.
