Focus on work-life balance: Flottweg again named the most family-friendly company in 2023
Reconciliation of career and family life, flexible working hours and work-life balance are playing an increasingly important role for employees: Flottweg has now been named one of the most family-friendly companies in the mechanical engineering industry in 2023 for the third consecutive year by freundin and kununu. Companies from 27 industries in Germany and Austria were evaluated according to a special set of criteria to examine the family-friendly approach of employers. This year, the seal of quality was awarded for the seventh time by freundin and kununu. In total, more than 3.2 million ratings of 300,000 companies in Germany and Austria were included in this year’s study, providing the basis for the ranking.
The award was greeted with enthusiasm by the separation technology specialist: “We attach great importance to offering our employees a workplace with the optimum work-life balance,” explains Head of HR Michael Jakob. “A firmly established working-from-home model, a child care allowance and our flexible working hours scheme with flexitime are just some of the many benefits we offer our employees. This makes Flottweg one of the most popular employers in the region, and we are proud of that.”
Family-friendly criteria as an important factor for employees
