Decanter and separator centrifuges help brewers boost yield, recover product, and improve efficiency—on display at Booth #451 in Philadelphia

Flottweg Separation Technology will highlight its brewing-optimized decanter and separator centrifuges during the Craft Brewers Conference (CBC) & BrewExpo America, taking place April 20–22, 2026, in Philadelphia. Attendees can explore how modern separation systems help craft brewers recover more beer, reduce solids loads, improve wastewater performance, and streamline clarification for a cleaner, faster path to package.

Across the brewing process, separation plays a critical role in improving the operational economics of craft production. High-speed separators help clarify beer after fermentation, removing suspended solids and yeast without compromising flavor or aroma. Meanwhile, decanter centrifuges are increasingly used to process hop-rich tank bottoms—recovering product that would otherwise be discarded while significantly reducing sludge volumes headed to disposal.
