Flottweg Decanter Scroll
The decanter scroll transports separated solids toward the conical end. Its differential speed controls residence time and dry solids, while different designs enable flexible process adaptation.
Differential Speed
The differential speed controls solids retention and compaction and can be adjusted for optimal separation.
Pond Depth
The pond depth determines liquid retention time and the length of the clarification and drying zones.
Lubrication
Flottweg offers suitable lubricants to ensure a long service life for the FW400. Endrive gear oil protects against wear and saves energy. Sympact roller bearing grease protects friction points and bearings.
Recuvane®
