Flottweg SE Appoints Nadine Andree as New CFO

Flottweg SE has appointed a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Effective September 1 2026, Nadine Andree joins the company’s Management Board and assumes responsibility for the Finance division. With many years of national and international experience in finance, controlling, HR, IT, and corporate management, she will support and help shape the continued development of the Flottweg Group.

The CFO position remained vacant following the departure of Klaus Huber, who stepped down from the Management Board at the end of 2025 for personal reasons after 25 years with the company. During the transition period, responsibility for the Finance division was assumed by Dr. Kersten Christoph Link, CEO of Flottweg SE.

Nadine Andree brings many years of leadership experience in finance and controlling, both in Germany and internationally. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of management positions in Germany and abroad, including assignments in the United States and China. Most recently, she served as Interim CFO at Schleich. The finance expert holds a master’s degree from the International School of Management in Germany as well as a second master’s degree from Lancaster University in the United Kingdom. During both her academic and professional career, she gained extensive international experience across Europe, Asia, and North America. A particular focus of her previous work has been the restructuring, digitization, and standardization of business processes, as well as the leadership of international teams and organizations. Her experience across different industries and markets brings valuable perspectives for the further development of the Flottweg Group.

The Supervisory Board would also like to thank Klaus Huber for his many years of dedication and his significant contribution to the successful development of the company. During his 25-year tenure at Flottweg, he played a key role in the economic development and growth of the Group.

With the appointment of Nadine Andree, Flottweg strengthens its Management Board and creates important conditions for the company’s continued success in an increasingly international and dynamic market environment.
