Global service expertise: Flottweg strengthens employees in France through practice-oriented training

In mid-April, a test and service training course was held for local employees at Flottweg's French subsidiary. The aim of the training was not only to familiarize employees with various test programs, especially in the 3-phase application, but also to provide them with the necessary know-how to be able to respond optimally to the different needs of customers. The focus was on practical exercises directly on the newly presented AC1200 test skid, supplemented by theoretical basics and setting options for the individual parameters. Considering the approximately 500 different areas of application, the training content was specifically tailored to the diverse requirements and expectations of customers.

That is why it is very important for us to provide regular training and knowledge transfer. This training with our French colleagues was very important in order to be able to respond individually to questions and the respective level of knowledge,” explains Patrick Golobic, technical trainer at Flottweg. “Global requirements are constantly growing, and it is crucial that we have trained technicians who not only have a great expertise in our machines, but who can also respond to the customer and individual needs in an application-specific manner.”
