Strong Financial Year 2025: Flottweg Records Significant Growth and Advances Future-Focused Projects

Flottweg looks back on an exceptionally successful financial year. Despite a challenging economic environment and numerous geopolitical uncertainties, the company closed 2025 as the most successful year in its corporate history. New record levels were achieved in terms of revenue, order intake, and profit.

With revenue totaling EUR 312 million, representing growth of 9.67 percent compared to the previous year, and a consistently strong export share exceeding 80 percent, the separation technology specialist confirms its strong international market position and underscores the high global demand for Flottweg technology.

At the end of 2025, Flottweg employed 1,260 people worldwide, around 1,000 of whom are based at the company’s headquarters in Vilsbiburg. With nearly 100 apprentices and working students, Flottweg continues to be a major educator and employer in the region.

Milestones in 2025: Technological Progress, Products, and Market Presence

One of the key projects in 2025 was the construction of the new Process Center, which provides Flottweg with a state-of-the-art environment for customer trials, laboratory work, and process development. The official opening is scheduled for spring 2026.

With the introduction of the new AC2800 separator, the company presented the largest disk stack centrifuge in Flottweg’s history to date. Designed specifically to meet increasing production volumes and high efficiency requirements, the machine expands Flottweg’s portfolio for demanding applications in the food, beverage, and biotechnology industries.

Another highlight was the production of the 16,000th machine – a significant milestone for the mechanical engineering company, which now looks back on 70 years of experience in mechanical separation technology.

Flottweg also sent a strong signal internationally in 2025: The Italian subsidiary, formerly known as Veronesi Separatori S.p.A., has been operating under the name Flottweg Italia S.p.A. since October. With this rebranding, the company strengthens its unified brand presence in the Italian market and emphasizes its long-term commitment to customer proximity and high-quality local service.

Outlook for 2026: Making Innovation Visible and Continuing Growth

Following the successful financial year 2025, Flottweg continues its growth trajectory in 2026, making consistent investments in modern technologies, new infrastructure projects both in Germany and abroad, and the ongoing development of the Vilsbiburg site. In doing so, Flottweg is laying the foundation for sustainable growth and long-term innovative strength.
